I believe that being yourself – your whole self – is the ultimate purpose of life. For me. And for you.
Life’s about discovering who you are and who you’re not. What lights you up and what brings you down.
It’s about working through challenge after challenge and coming out as a happier, more expanded version of yourself, each time.
You’re here to learn, to grow, to live.
To learn who you really are.
To grow into the person you came to be.
And to live the life you came to live.
It’s just that “being yourself” isn’t always that easy. Because, well…
What if being yourself isn’t enough?
What if being yourself means people won’t like or accept you or maybe even think you’re weird?
What if being yourself means letting go of stuff that makes you feel safe and secure?
What if all that was just a story?
A story you’ve picked up from your parents, from your friends, from society?
And yes – from all the stuff that’s “happened to you” so far.
If you’re like most people, then your story is just that – what’s happened and is still happening in your life,
But what if your story isn’t a result of what’s happening? But what’s happening is a result of your story?
What if all you had to do was change that story to change your life?
That’s really all it takes.
It’s just that you can’t always see the story you’re telling and how you’re getting in your own way.
And then even when you do, it’s not always easy to change. Because, well, change is hard. Change can be scary!
But it doesn’t have to be.
That’s where I come in.
… and I believe stories literally have the power to change your life. Especially the stories you tell about yourself and the world around you, whether you realise you’re doing it or not.
When I woke up and realised the self-defeating story I’d been telling about me and my own life, everything changed.
I was an over-worked, stressed-out engineer in a super high-pressure job.
At first I blamed everyone and everything else.
It was management making all the wrong decisions.
It was having to constantly put out fires that someone else started.
It was the ever-increasing workload and unrealistic deadlines.
But what I didn’t see is how I was the one attracting them and keeping them alive.
I was the one reacting, complaining, trying to be a hero and do it all.
I was burning the candle at both ends and never really switching off.
So I wasn’t the victim of cruel circumstances.
I was the “victim” of my own thoughts, my own actions, my own story.
Once I saw it for what it was, I had the power to change it.
I started being kinder to myself.
I started focusing on the parts of my job I liked and that came naturally to me.
I started getting ideas about how to make life easier for me and everyone I worked with.
And that old victim was gone. Instead I felt empowered and eager to put my ideas into action.
Before I knew it, I’d fallen in love with the very same job that stressed the hell out of me.
And suddenly – I was living a different story.
When I changed, the world around me began to change.
The kinder I was to myself, the kinder life started treating me.
The more I flowed in the direction of what I wanted and what came naturally to me, the more of what I wanted flowed naturally to me.
It’s like things just fell into place.
Fast forward to today and I’m literally telling stories for a living!
Whether I’m marrying couples and sharing their love story.
Whether I’m sharing my own story on podcasts.
Or whether I’m helping you tell a new story.
Did all my challenges disappear? No.
I just stopped turning those challenges into problems.
Because challenges are what fuel your desires and keep you going. So for me, living a happy life isn’t about getting rid of challenges, but about using them as helpful stepping stones, or even trampolines, towards a life you love and a ‘you’ you love. And I’m here to help you do just that! 😃
As a Certified Life Coach, I’ve helped all sorts of people with all sorts of challenges, achieve their work and life goals and then some! From small business owners to high-flying consultants at top global companies, to young and driven Startup Founders, to mid-level managers and Senior Vice Presidents. Beyond “just” achieving their goals, most of my clients come away with more than they expected.
Some have discovered brand new sides of themselves and made bold moves they didn’t know they had in them.
Some have discovered and shifted old patterns stemming from their childhood and even met new partners in the process.
And all of them – without exception – have enjoyed the journey!
Here are some of the things I’ve helped my clients achieve – usually within 3 to 6 months:
🪄 Beat procrastination and form new healthy work habits
🪄 Tailor or change their jobs and careers to feel more like them
🪄 Finally start their side hustle
🪄 Overcome Imposter Syndrome
🪄 Land new exciting investors and clients
🪄 Get promotions
🪄 Form deeper relationships with themselves and others
🪄 Find a partner
🪄 Lose weight
And all of those things were really just byproducts of them changing their story and getting out of their own way.
And ultimately becoming fuller, freer versions of themselves.
Organic. Holistic. Intuitive.
And above all else, my sessions are fun! 😃
Because unless we’re having fun, what’s the point!
Making you come up with SMART goals, break them down into step by step action plans and then pushing you to take action is not my style!
Speaking from experience, that approach will only take you so far.
And, well, all that hustle and grind just isn’t fun!
But that doesn’t mean you won’t set a goal. And it doesn’t mean you won’t take action.
With my help, you’ll find a feel-good goal or desire and – instead of feeling pushed by me – you’ll feel pulled to action, one fun step at a time.
As for our coaching sessions, I like to mix it up. Yes we can do Zoom calls at your desk (or on your couch, depending on your vibe). But we can also head outside for a WhatsApp walk and talk, or maybe we do an oracle card reading from time to time (if you’re into that sort of thing!) Whatever feels fun and inspiring to you!
Kamal’s Coaching Journey | A Special Interview
Do you know the feeling, when your inner and outer voices don’t match? Do you feel more connected to your past than to your future? Or is your environment so much louder than you? Are you missing something but you don’t know what exactly? I was. And that’s when I decided to meet Prit for coaching.
And I can tell you it was an adventure!
During this adventure, Prit was a guide, a companion and a friend who cheered me on and truly shared the joy around my small successes. With his head full of ideas and techniques, he helped me to find my path.
I won’t lie. It was hard work! I learned routines, I discovered uncomfy truths, I learned how to pack my bag of life for new adventures. In the end, I had a new job, 3 daily routines, a massively reduced stress level and a lot of sunshine in my heart. And I loved every minute of this journey. My inner voice is now my guide again. I can listen to her and I can embrace my “real me”
Thank you Prit, for your kindness, your guidance and for the nice sessions.

Above all, coaching has helped me get out of my own way. I have moved beyond virtually all procrastination to building a life I deeply believe in, thanks to new insight into my blockers and a more compelling vision for my future. From scoring investor meetings and new clients, to approaching dating and friendships with more nuance and depth, and establishing healthier routines, coaching has supported me to live my full potential.
What I appreciate most is my newfound vision for who I want to be. The “what” becomes less important when I clearly know “how” I want to approach each situation in my life. This has opened up a lot of opportunities. It wouldn’t have been possible without adopting more of an outsider perspective on myself, which Prit really helped me with.
Prit is truly an enabler; he can read a situation and encourage or probe where necessary, which brought out the best in me and supported my overall process. I appreciated his attention to my needs and the consistent celebration of wins. His positivity is contagious. In the end, I saw a genuine connection and care that went above and beyond a simple service relationship.
Many of the coaching exercises are relevant across different areas of my life, so I will continue to apply these as I face new challenges. I also take with me a deep sense of confidence that life is in my hands – I can always change and choose who I want to be.
Honestly, just thank you! It’s been so valuable.

Prit’s coaching style is not about superficial changes or quick fixes. His inspirational approach really encouraged and challenged me to discover what it is that actually drives me beyond a busy to-do list and the empty promise of accumulating trophies on my shelf. Prit helped me to change my underlying mindset and to tap into my creative and gentle self – the place from which true and long-lasting change is possible.

I didn’t just get promoted, but found my way of approaching leadership…Prit helped me to unlock the potential which I didn’t even know I had“
Prit is not just a highly qualified coach, but much more than that. I came to the coaching for a reason: to To improve my skills for the position I wanted to get. I didn’t just get promoted, but found my way of approaching leadership and understood what it means to me conceptually.
Prit guided me through this journey with ease, creativity and non-judging. He helped me to unlock the potential which I didn’t even know I had. I can be certain that my ability to think out of the box and bring ideas to the areas, where others would think it is impossible, was discovered in those 6 sessions we had together.
I am endlessly thankful to Prit for this journey and the outcome it brought and would recommend anyone, who is searching for guidance in their career or creativity, to work together with him.

I had an enjoyable experience working with Prit. One of the exercises that resonated with me was when Prit asked if I could visualize my future. In this practice, I was encouraged to get out of the tactical plan and more into the what and why (and less about the how). I have slowly seen some of what I visualized manifesting itself in present day.
Also, I noticed that Prit had gone above and beyond his role as a coach. He made himself available to send encouraging messages and provided really useful advice when I was building my website. Prit’s style was always professional and kind. I also felt like he was authentic throughout our sessions and outside our sessions.
Thank you, Prit!

It didn’t feel like the typical coaching I had before. It rather felt like a coffee chat with some great realisations. During our sessions, you were honest and direct, which helped to discover the core issue. I became aware of a decision that I’d already made subconsciously for weeks and just didn’t want to fully admit it. It was important to accept this decision, to then take the necessary actions and move on.
I think the key was that we were able to build a common trust basis in the first session, were quite open, honest, and direct and it always felt like a conversation on equal footing. And that’s how it should be
If you are feeling unhappy, unvalued, or even frustrated it will make sense to consult a neutral opinion that can help/ consult you in an unbiased manner. The earlier the better, postponing doesn’t help.

I’m still happy about my new job and love to work in my new position. I had a lot of challenging situations but still managed them without too much stress. Crazy, how life changed. I lost 10 kilos, my eating disorder is gone, I still have 3 of my 6 routines and I met someone special. I remember that was one of my goals – to let the right people in my life without blocking them. Finally – it works.
It’s still tough sometimes, to be “real Anna” but it’s worth it.
